- For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Quadralite, whose Instagram handle is @quadralite. The “Prize” refers to 1 (one) Quadralite Thea 450 LED Kit.
- By entering the Giveaway Promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entries must be received by 24:00 CET on 29.02.2024. One (1) winner will be selected on 01.03.2024 and will be notified on or after this date. The winner will be the comment with the most interesting answer under the Giveaway Promotion post on @quadralite Instagram account selected by Quadralite team.
- The Promoter’s Giveaway Promotion with entry via Instagram is open only to residents of: Australia , Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Türkiye, United Kingdom, USA.
- No purchase necessary. Winner will not be required to pay to enter the Giveaway Promotion.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
- Employees, Collaborators, Ambassadors, Business Partners, Corporate Clients and relatives of members of each group are not eligible to enter The Promoter’s Giveaway Promotion.
- Instagram is not in any way affiliated or involved in the Giveaway Promotion.
- Only one entry per person per Giveaway Promotion will be accepted.
- Each entrant shall enter the Giveaway Promotion by following @quadralite on Instagram, commenting under the Giveaway Promotion post and tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post.
- If you win 1 (one) Giveaway Promotion, you will not be selected as winner in another Giveaway Promotion in the same calendar year (2024). In such an event, The Promoter reserves the right to select the second most liked comment as The Giveaway Promotion winner.
- The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
- The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure or receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.
- The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter within 14 days from the day of The Promoter initiating contact with the winner.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
